Gigis Cuban Cafe started as a simple dream — to bring the flavors of a Cuban grandmother's kitchen to the heart of Lake Butler. What began as a passion project grew into the town's favorite gathering place, where the aroma of garlic and cumin greets you at the door.

Every recipe on our menu carries a history. Our ropa vieja follows the same method Gigi learned in Havana. Our café con leche is sweetened the way it's meant to be — with just enough sugar to make you close your eyes. We source locally whenever we can, but the soul of our cooking comes from tradition that can't be rushed.
